Working hours are on a 4 week rota, Monday to Friday

Customer Service Advisor

We are currently recruiting for our client based in Bristol city centre, who are looking to recruit Customer Service Advisors to work within the customer service/banking team. This highly sought after position will see you dealing with inbound enquiries, assisting existing customers with their query and providing some admin support.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for:

KEY TASKS

  • First class telephone manner in dealing with inbound/outbound calls and in line with guidelines
  • Process and allocate payments made by debit card and cheques from customers
  • Carry out additional administrative tasks as and when required

The successful Customer Service Advisor will have previously worked with a contact centre customer service role. To apply for this role, you should also be able to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a confident yet friendly approach to customer service, as well as excellent attention to detail and administration skills.
